This is an extremely natural scented incense. Out of the package, the perfume is that of a wet, green mountain forest. While burning, the scent is that of a fire built with fragrant hardwoods, adding a hint of eucalyptus and sage. There is nothing artificial or modern about the scent of this incense. It is an aroma redolent of living in harmony with the Forest, acknowledging the interconnectedness of life into one great being.
I found this scent to be delicate and relaxing. While experiencing this incense, I noticed that the scent was like walking through a forest; it changed subtly the way the fragrance of a forest does as you approach different trees and plants, while retaining an underlying unified identity.
I would highly recommend this incense for use in meditating and communing with nature. Spellwork related to communicating with animal or nature spirits will benefit from this incense. I sometimes make offerings to nature by burning incense in a forest (taking care of avoiding fire), and I feel that the spirits of the forest would consider this scent a suitable offering, unlike many of the exceedingly artificial and abrasive chemical fragrances on the market.
