"Saint Joseph Oil" - Saint Joseph was the earthly father of Jesus, the husband of Mary, and a simple carpenter. He is the original family man and will send counsel to those who are having trouble keeping the family together. He is also very well known for helping sell one’s property. A spell exists that requires you to bury a statue of Saint Joseph upside down while you are trying to sell your house. I suggest you anoint the statue with the oil first! Then when the property is sold, you are to dig the statue up, clean it, and give it a place of honor in your new home.
